热处理对304/45钢双金属复合棒材疲劳性能和耐腐蚀性能的影响

    Effects of Heat Treatment on Fatigue Properties and Corrosion Resistance of 304/45 Steel Bimetallic Composite Bars

    • 摘要: 通过弯曲疲劳实验和电化学实验研究了热处理对304/45钢复合棒材疲劳寿命和耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,热轧状态下碳元素扩散主要集中在晶界处,从而造成晶间敏化。经过固溶处理后,消除了形变强化效果,疲劳性能降低;不锈钢中的碳化物溶解后,再固溶入奥氏体的晶粒中。而在时效处理后,奥氏体晶粒中的碳元素会形成富铬的碳化物在晶界晶内均匀析出。耐腐蚀性能有所下降,但由此产生的弥散强化提高了复合棒材的硬度和强度,疲劳强度大幅提升。

       

      Abstract: The effects of heat treatment on the fatigue life and corrosion resistance of 304/45 steel composite bars were studied by flexural fatigue test and electrochemical experiment. The results show that the diffusion of carbon in the hot-rolled state is mainly concentrated at the grain boundary, resulting in intergranular sensitization. After solution treatment, the deformation strengthening effect is eliminated and the fatigue performance is reduced. The carbides in stainless steel are dissolved and then ratained into the grains of austenite. After aging treatment, the carbon elements in the austenite grains form chromium-rich carbides, which can be uniformly precipitated within the grain boundary grains. The corrosion resistance has decreased, but the resulting dispersion strengthening has increased the hardness and strength of the composite bar, and the fatigue strength has been greatly increased.
