    Traceability and Expansion of Metal Laser Additive Manufacturing

    • 摘要: 激光增材制造技术具备以点-线-面-体进行分步熔凝、分层制造的工艺特征,从原理上突破了复杂金属构件制备的技术瓶颈,在实现材料、结构和功能一体化方面具有独特优势,在大型复杂结构件制备方面有广阔应用前景。激光增材制造技术已成为目前金属增材制造可靠且可行的方法,在医疗、汽车、航空航天等领域得到了大量应用。在总结金属激光增材制造的发展基础上,追溯了激光增材制造的起源及原理,从科学、技术、工程这三方面对激光增材制造的发展进行了系统介绍。针对激光增材制造技术在工程中的典型应用,介绍了近年来国内外激光增材制造的应用进展,分析了当前技术存在的问题和不足,并对近十年相关论文及专利进行统计,对激光增材制造的未来发展趋势与研究方向进行展望。激光增材制造技术与机器学习的融合是未来发展的必然方向,智能增材的发展趋势将使得激光增材制造技术在工业领域焕发新活力。

       

      Abstract: Laser additive manufacturing technology has the process characteristics of step-by-step melting and solidification from point to line, to face, and to body, as well as layered manufacturing. It breaks through the technical bottleneck of preparing complex metal components in principle, has unique advantages in achieving the integration of materials, structures and functions, and holds broad application prospects in the fabrication of large and complex structural parts. Laser additive manufacturing technology has emerged as the most dependable and feasible method of metal additive manufacturing, and has been utilized in a considerable number of medical, automotive, aerospace and other fields. Based on the summary of research progress in metal laser additive manufacturing, the origin and principles of laser additive manufacturing were traced back, and the development of laser additive manufacturing was systematically presented from three aspects of science-technology-engineering. The typical application of laser additive manufacturing technology in engineering was discussed, highlighting recent advancements both domestically and internationally. This analysis addressed the current challenges and limitations within the field, while also providing a statistical overview of relevant papers and patents published over the past decade. Furthermore, it anticipated future development trends and research directions for laser additive manufacturing. The integration of laser additive manufacturing technology with machine learning represents an inevitable direction for future development. The emerging trend towards intelligent additive manufacturing is poised to inject new vitality into laser additive manufacturing technology within the industrial sector.
