应用ICP光谱法测定高铬铸铁多元素含量的研究

    Research on Determination of Multi-element Content in High-chromium Cast Iron by ICP Spectroscopy

    • 摘要: 针对ICP光谱分析方法检测高铬铸铁化学成分时遇到的样品前处理困难、合金元素干扰、分析条件等问题,采用稀硫酸低温溶解样品,使用高锰酸钾氧化来处理,通过采取合适的处理措施,有效解决了高铬铸铁样品难以处理完全和硅元素容易凝聚导致测定结果偏低的现象。利用ICP光谱法可做到多元素同时分析,准确高效分析了高铬铸铁的化学成分。结果表明:通过对仪器工作条件、样品前处理方法、方法准确性及精密度的试验,该方法很好地满足了科研和生产的实际需求。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the the problems of sample pre-treatment, interference of the alloying elements and analysis conditions when detecting the chemical composition of high-chromium cast iron by ICP spectroscopy method, the samples were dissolved in dilute sulfuric acid at low temperature and treated with potassium permanganate oxidation. By taking appropriate treatment measures, the problems are effectively solved that the high-chromium cast iron sample is difficult to process completely and the silicon element is easy to coagulate, which results in low measurement results. The ICP spectroscopy can be used to achieve multi-element simultaneous analysis, and the chemical composition of high-chromium cast iron was accurately and efficiently analyzed. The results show that through the test of working conditions of the instrument, the sample pretreatment method, the method accuracy and precision, the method can well meet the actual needs of scientific research and production.
