高硅电工钢增塑方法的研究现状与进展

    Research Status and Progress of Plasticization Methods for High Silicon Electrical Steel

    • 摘要: 高硅电工钢磁性能优异、静音效果突出,是一种理想的软磁材料。但该高硅电工钢室温状态下具有硬而脆,塑性近乎为零的特点,使得高硅电工钢薄带产品的加工难度较大。在介绍高硅电工钢性能的基础上,对合金化、热处理、形变处理、晶粒取向控制等4种高硅电工钢增塑方法的国内外研究现状进行了总结,分析了各种增塑方法的效果与不足,并对高硅电工钢增塑方法的研究方向进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: High silicon electrical steel has excellent magnetic properties and outstanding noise reduction effect, and it is an ideal soft magnetic material. However, high silicon electrical steel has the characteristics of being hard and brittle at room temperature, with almost zero plasticity, which makes it difficult to process for thin strip products of high silicon electrical steel. On the basis of introducing the properties of high silicon electrical steel, the research status of four plasticizing methods for high silicon electrical steel was summarized, including alloying, heat treatment, deformation treatment, and grain orientation control in China and foreign countries. The effects and shortcomings of various plasticizing methods were analyzed, and the future research directions of plasticizing methods for high silicon electrical steel were proposed.
