    • 摘要: Q&P钢是第三代高强度钢的典型代表,是对传统高强钢进行淬火-配分(quenching & partitioning,Q&P)而得到优异的强塑性。首先,综述了Q&P工艺的原理、工艺过程及其技术发展,通过分析碳配分与组织演变规律,揭示了残余奥氏体的稳定性对性能调控的关键作用。其次,详细讨论了Q&P钢在实际应用中面临的回弹、吕德斯带、氢脆等挑战,提出了优化解决方案。最后,总结了Q&P钢未来的发展方向,包括微观变形机制研究和绿色化工艺优化,旨在为其在汽车等领域的工程应用提供理论支持和技术参考。

       

      Abstract: Quenching and partitioning (Q&P) steel, as a representative of the third-generation advanced high-strength steels (AHSS), significantly enhances the strength and toughness of the steel based on traditional high-strength steels through the quenching and partitioning process. The principle, process and technological development of the Q&P process were reviewed, the crucial role of the stability of retained austenite in performance regulation was revealed by analyzing the partitioning of carbon and the laws of microstructure evolution. Meanwhile, the challenges of Q&P steel faced in practical applications, such as springback, Lüders band, and hydrogen embrittlement were discussed in detail, and optimized solutions were proposed. Finally, the future development direction of Q&P steel was summarized, including research on micro-deformation mechanisms and optimization of green processes, aiming to provide theoretical support and technical references for its engineering applications in automotive and other fields.
