碳纳米管及短切碳纤维改性环氧树脂涂层研究进展

    Research Progress on Carbon Nanotube and Short-cut Carbon Fiber-Modified Epoxy Resin Coatings

    • 摘要: 环氧树脂涂料因其具有较好的耐腐蚀性、较高的强度及低廉的成本优势,在海洋装备腐蚀防护领域具有极大地应用前景。针对复杂环境的使用要求,通过表面接枝、包覆等方法对碳纳米管和碳纤维等具有显著性能优势的增强相进行改性,制备出多元、多尺度、功能化增强的环氧树脂等有机防腐涂料。该涂料被应用于装备的表面防护,使涂层兼具更优异的耐腐蚀性及力学性能。实现对海洋装备的长效防护将是环氧树脂等有机涂层重要的发展方向之一。

       

      Abstract: Epoxy resin coatings, with their excellent corrosion resistance, high strength and low cost, hold significant potential for marine equipment corrosion protection. For complex environment usage requirements, surface grafting and coating methods were employed to modify performance-enhancing reinforcements such as carbon nanotubes and carbon fibers, which enabled the development of multifunctional, multi-scale and functionalized epoxy resin coatings. The coatings were applied to the surface protection of equipment, so that the coatings have better corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. The realization of long-term protection of marine equipment will be one of the important development directions of epoxy resin and other organic coatings.
