Abstract:
Cold rolling and annealing are the key processes for the preparation of non-oriented silicon steel. The effects of cold rolling reduction rate (77.3%-90.9%) and annealing temperature (920℃-980℃) on the microstructure, texture and magnetic properties of 3.01%Si non-oriented silicon steel were investigated. The results show that with the increase of the reduction rate, the average grain size of the non-oriented silicon steel decreases continuously after annealing, α
* and γ textures increase, λ textures weaken, the magnetic induction intensity
B50 decreases, the eddy current loss decreases and dominates, and the total iron loss decreases, especially at high frequencies. With the increase of annealing temperature, the average grain size of 0.3 mm thick non-oriented silicon steel increases, the γ textures increase, the λ textures weaken, the magnetic induction intensity
B50 decreases, and the iron loss of
P1.5/50,
P1.0/400 and
P1.0/1000 decreases at first and then increases.
