5083-H116铝合金在0.1%Cl-水溶液中的腐蚀行为研究

    Study on Corrosion Behavior of 5083-H116 Aluminum Alloy in 0.1%Cl- Aqueous Solution

    • 摘要: 通过全浸腐蚀、间浸腐蚀试验及金相(OM)、透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)观察等方式,研究了5083-H116铝合金在0.1% Cl-水溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:5083-H116铝合金析出了纳米级Al6Mn弥散相与微米级的Al6(Mn,Fe)杂质相,晶界未析出易诱发晶间腐蚀的Al3Mg2、Mg2Si等有害相。在全浸环境下,5083-H116铝合金以点蚀为主要的局部腐蚀形式,腐蚀产物以Al(OH)3为主;在间浸环境下,5083-H116铝合金同样发生局部腐蚀,但腐蚀程度较轻,腐蚀产物包括CaCO3、Al(OH)3。在全浸环境下,5083-H116铝合金随着浸泡时间的延长,单位面积腐蚀速率呈先增长后趋于平稳的趋势,点蚀密度呈逐渐增加的趋势,最大点腐蚀速率达1.66 mm/a;间浸环境下腐蚀速率低,无肉眼可见的点蚀坑,服役安全性优于全浸环境。

       

      Abstract: The corrosion behavior of 5083-H116 aluminum alloy in 0.1%Cl- aqueous solution was investigated by total immersion corrosion test, alternate immersion corrosion test, metallography(OM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observation. The results show that the 5083-H116 aluminum alloy precipitates nano-level Al6Mn dispersed phase and micron-level Al6(Mn, Fe) impurity phase, and no Al3Mg2 and Mg2Si phases are precipitated at the grain boundary, which are easy to cause intergranular corrosion of aluminum alloy. In total immersion environment, the 5083-H116 aluminum alloy has local corrosion mainly by pitting corrosion, and the corrosion product is mainly Al(OH)3. In the alternate immersion environment, 5083-H116 aluminum alloy also occurs local corrosion, but relatively mild, corrosion products include CaCO3 and Al(OH)3. The corrosion rate per unit area of 5083-H116 aluminum alloy in total immersion environment shows a trend of first increase and then levels off with the extension of immersing time. The pitting density increases gradually and the maximum pitting corrosion rate reaches 1.66 mm/year. The corrosion rate of alternate immersion environment is lower, and it is safer than that of total immersion environment area
