凸轮-挺柱减摩抗磨研究进展

    Research Progress on Friction Reduction and Wear Resistance of Cam-Tappet

    • 摘要: 凸轮-挺柱是发动机的关键部件,高转速、高载荷的工作环境对其摩擦磨损性能提出较高的要求,需要采用更多更新的方法来对凸轮-挺柱摩擦副进行处理。综述了凸轮-挺柱材料的选择,介绍了凸轮-挺柱材料表面改性的3种技术:涂层技术、热处理技术及表面织构技术,以提升凸轮-挺柱的摩擦学性能、使用性能和可靠性。最后,对凸轮-挺柱的减摩抗磨研究给出了建议。

       

      Abstract: The cam-tappet is a crucial component of an engine. The working environment with high rotational speed and high load imposes stringent requirements on its friction and wear performance. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt more innovative methods to treat the cam-tappet friction pair. An overview of the selection of cam-tappet materials was provided, and three techniques for surface modification of cam-tappet materials including coating technology, heat treatment technology and surface texture technology were introduced to enhance the tribological performance, operational performance, and reliability of cam-tappet. Finally, suggestions were provided for the research on friction reduction and wear resistance of cam-tappet systems.
