钎焊涂层制备技术的研究进展

    Research Advances in Brazed Coating Fabrication Technologies

    • 摘要: 钎焊涂层作为一种高效的表面改性手段,在高温、腐蚀及磨损等工况下可以提升机械部件的服役性能与寿命。系统梳理了钎焊涂层的制备方法,分析了激光钎涂、真空钎涂、感应钎涂等制备方法的特点及其应用效果,详细阐述了镍基、铜基及铁基合金钎料与金刚石、碳化钨、碳化铬等硬质颗粒的协同作用,并对钎焊涂层的未来发展前景进行了展望,以期为制备高性能钎焊涂层提供借鉴。

       

      Abstract: As an efficient surface modification technique, brazed coating can significantly enhance the service performance and lifespan of mechanical components under high temperature, corrosive and wear-prone conditions. The fabrication methods of the brazed coatings were first reviewed. The characteristics and application effects of laser brazing,vacuum brazing and induction brazing techniques were analyzed. Subsequently, the synergistic effects between brazing materials(including nickel-based, copper-based, and iron-based alloys) and hard particles(such as diamond, tungsten carbide,and chromium carbide) were comprehensively discussed. Finally, the future development prospects of brazed coatings were outlined, aiming to provide insights for the preparation of high-performance brazed coatings.
