激光熔覆非晶涂层研究现状及进展

    Research Status and Progress of Laser Cladding Amorphous Coating

    • 摘要: 非晶合金因原子排列呈现长程无序的微观结构特点,表现出高硬度、高强度及优异的耐磨蚀特性等性能,在工程应用层面展现出巨大的发展空间与应用潜力。激光熔覆技术凭借其高能束超快速凝固特性,为实现非晶合金的发展开辟了新的技术突破口。概述了激光熔覆工艺制备非晶涂层的研究现状与发展趋势,梳理了国内外的研究进展,分析了非晶合金涂层的形成机理,系统阐述了Fe基、Ni基和Zr基非晶涂层的研究现状。最后,针对激光熔覆技术制备非晶涂层过程中的主要瓶颈,分析其成因并提出后续研究重点。

       

      Abstract: Amorphous alloys have a long-range disordered microstructure, high hardness, high strength, excellent abrasion and corrosion resistance, and other properties, which show great development space and application potential in engineering applications. Laser cladding technology has opened up a new technological breakthrough for the development of amorphous alloys by virtue of its high-energy beam and ultra-fast solidification characteristics. The research status and development trend of amorphous coatings prepared by laser cladding technology were systematically outlined, the research progress in China and abroad was sorted out, and the formation mechanism of amorphous alloy coatings was analyzed, and the research status of Fe-based, Ni-based and Zr-based amorphous coatings was systematically elaborated. Finally, for the main bottleneck in the process of preparing amorphous coatings by laser cladding technology, its causes were analyzed and the focus of subsequent research was put forward.
