Abstract:
Amorphous alloys have a long-range disordered microstructure, high hardness, high strength, excellent abrasion and corrosion resistance, and other properties, which show great development space and application potential in engineering applications. Laser cladding technology has opened up a new technological breakthrough for the development of amorphous alloys by virtue of its high-energy beam and ultra-fast solidification characteristics. The research status and development trend of amorphous coatings prepared by laser cladding technology were systematically outlined, the research progress in China and abroad was sorted out, and the formation mechanism of amorphous alloy coatings was analyzed, and the research status of Fe-based, Ni-based and Zr-based amorphous coatings was systematically elaborated. Finally, for the main bottleneck in the process of preparing amorphous coatings by laser cladding technology, its causes were analyzed and the focus of subsequent research was put forward.
