Abstract:
Superalloys are frequently utilized under extremely high-temperature environments due to their excellent mechanical properties, particularly in the fields of aero-engines and gas turbines. Rapid repair techniques like welding have made major advancements and have steadily taken the lead in extending the lifespan of important equipment made of superalloys. At present, tungsten inert gas welding, electron beam welding, laser beam welding and brazing are the frequently utilized welding processes. On the basis of the introduction of various welding processes, the influence factors of welding repair of high temperature alloy castings, and the formation mechanism of solidification crack, liquefied crack and strain aging crack in high temperature alloy welding were reviewed.
