电弧增材制造TC4钛合金的热处理调控研究进展

    Research Progress on Heat Treatment Regulation of TC4 Titanium Alloy Fabricated by Arc Additive Manufacturing

    • 摘要: 综述了电弧增材制造Ti-6Al-4V(TC4)钛合金的冶金缺陷及热处理调控技术研究进展。分析了WAAM- TC4典型冶金缺陷(组织不均匀、气孔、裂纹扩展及残余应力)及其对材料性能的负面影响。同时评述了国内外热处理调控的最新研究成果。此外,对比了不同热处理工艺对材料性能的影响规律,为实际生产中的热处理工艺选择提供了理论依据和实验指导,也为深入理解WAAM-TC4的热处理调控机制、优化材料性能提供了重要参考。

       

      Abstract: The research progress on metallurgical defects and their mitigation through heat treatment in wire arc additive manufacturing(WAAM) of Ti-6Al-4V(TC4) titanium alloy was reviewed. It provided an in-depth analysis of the typical metallurgical defects in WAAM-TC4, including microstructural heterogeneity, porosity, crack propagation, and residual stress, along with their detrimental effects on material properties. The latest advancements in heat treatment regulation, both domestic and international, were critically evaluated. Furthermore, the influence patterns of different heat treatment processes on performance were compared, which could provide a theoretical basis and experimental guidance for selecting heat treatment process in practical production. The review offered valuable insights for a deeper understanding of the heat treatment regulation mechanisms in WAAM-TC4 and for optimizing its material properties.
