锡基合金推力轴瓦铸造缺陷改进工艺研究

    Study on Process of Casting Defects Improvement of Tin-based Alloy Thrust Bearing

    • 摘要: 某推力轴瓦ZSnSb12Cu6Cd1锡基合金层在浇注后频发氧化物夹杂及少量疏松缺陷,通过宏观及微观形貌观察和能谱仪分析,明确了二次氧化夹杂及补缩不足为主要成因。提出了3项关键改进措施:提高合金浇注温度、引入振动浇注、增设过滤片,并开展了这3种改进措施的单因素工艺试验。经着色检测验证,增设过滤片对氧化夹杂物的过滤效果最好,有效解决了合金表面的点状缺陷,提高了推力轴瓦锡基合金的浇注质量。

       

      Abstract: A certain thrust bearing ZSnSb12Cu6Cd1 tin-base alloy layer frequently has oxide inclusions and a small amount of porosity defects after casting process. Through the observation of macroscopic and microscopic morphologies and EDS analysis, it is found that the secondary oxidation inclusions and insufficient compensation are the main causes. Three key measures were put forward: increasing pouring temperature of alloy, introducing vibration pouring and adding filter sheet, and the single factor process tests for the three key measures were carried out. After verification through penetration test, the addition of filter sheet demonstrates the best filtering effect for oxide inclusions, effectively addressing the dot-like defects on the alloy surface and improving the casting quality of the thrust bearing tin-based alloy.
