低膨胀铝基复合材料应用研究进展

    Research Progress on Application of Low Expansion Aluminum Matrix Composites

    • 摘要: 随着航空航天、精密仪器、电子技术等领域的快速发展,对材料的热稳定性提出了更高要求,低膨胀材料成为解决热失配问题的关键材料之一。低膨胀铝基复合材料凭借其轻质、高强、高导热、膨胀系数可调控等特性成为科研、生产、应用的焦点。系统综述了常见金属类低膨胀材料、铝基复合材料低膨胀增强相、制备技术、应用现状,并结合领域研究进展,讨论了低膨胀铝基复合材料的未来发展趋势,为高性能热管理材料的设计与应用提供参考。

       

      Abstract: With the rapid development of aerospace, precision instruments, electronic technology and other fields, higher requirements have been put forward for the thermal stability of materials. Low-expansion materials have become one of the key materials to solve the problem of thermal mismatch. Thanks to their characteristics such as light weight, high strength,high thermal conductivity and adjustable coefficient of expansion, low-expansion aluminum matrix composites have become the focus of scientific research, production and application in recent years. This paper systematically reviewed common metal-based low-expansion materials, common low-expansion reinforcing phases for aluminum matrix composites,preparation technologies and application status. Combined with the research progress in relevant fields, it discussed the future development trends of low-expansion aluminum matrix composites, providing a reference for the design and application of high-performance thermal management materials.
