镁/钢异种金属焊接研究现状与发展

    Research Status and Development of Mg/Steel Dissimilar Metals Welding Technologies

    • 摘要: 镁/钢异种金属焊接结构能够实现结构轻量化和节能减排,在航空及汽车等领域有着广阔的应用空间。由于镁与钢两种材料物理性能差异较大,且Mg、Fe这两种元素冶金相容性差,无法形成固溶体或化合物,所以镁/钢难以实现良好焊接。从镁/钢的焊接性入手,详细阐述了熔钎焊、搅拌摩擦焊、扩散焊和电阻点焊等在镁/钢异种材料焊接方面的研究现状,指出了各种方法的优点及不足,并对镁/钢异种金属焊接今后的研究方向进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: Mg/steel dissimilar metals joining structures can achieve structural lightweight, energy savings and emission reduction, which shows vast potential for application in fields such as aviation, automobile. However, due to the significant differences in physical properties between magnesium and steel, as well as the poor metallurgical compatibility between Mg and Fe elements-which cannot form solid solutions or compounds, it is difficult to achieve good welding between magnesium and steel. Starting from the weldability of Mg/steel, the current research status of brazing, friction stir welding, diffusion welding, and spot welding in the welding of Mg/steel dissimilar materials was elaborated. It pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of various methods and future research directions for the welding of Mg/steel dissimilar metals were prospected.
