Nb含量对QN1804奥氏体不锈钢等温时效析出行为的影响

    Effect of Nb Content on Isothermal Aging Precipitation Behavior of QN1804 Austenitic Stainless Steel

    • 摘要: 系统研究了不同Nb含量(0.05wt% 和 0.08wt%)的QN1804奥氏体不锈钢在800~1150 ℃等温时效处理40~14400 s条件下的析出行为,明确了时效过程中析出相的类型,并绘制了相应的析出动力学曲线。结果表明:两种实验钢的析出动力学曲线均呈“C”字形。随着时效温度的升高,析出孕育期均表现出先缩短后延长的规律。此外,0.05wt%Nb实验钢的析出过程整体上滞后于0.08wt% Nb实验钢。 在等温时效处理过程中, 0.05wt%和0.08wt%Nb实验钢中Nb(C,N)的析出温度范围均为800~1150 ℃,而Z相的析出温度范围分别为800~900 ℃和800~1000 ℃。0.05wt%和0.08wt%Nb两种实验钢的鼻尖析出温度均为1100 ℃,对应的形核孕育期分别为80 s和60 s。

       

      Abstract: This study systematically investigated the precipitation behavior of QN1804 austenitic stainless steels with different Nb contents(0.05wt% and 0.08wt%) during isothermal aging at 800-1150 ℃ for 40-14400 s. The types of precipitates formed during the aging process were identified, and the corresponding precipitation kinetics curves were plotted. The results show that both steels exhibit C-shaped precipitation kinetics curves. With the aging temperature increasing, the incubation period for precipitation first decreases and then increases. Moreover, the overall precipitation process of the 0.05wt% Nb steel is delayed compared with that of the 0.08wt% Nb steel. During isothermal aging, the precipitation temperature range of Nb(C, N) in both steels is 800 ℃-1150 ℃, while that of the Z phase is 800 ℃-900 ℃ for the 0.05wt% Nb steel and 800 ℃-1000 ℃ for the 0.08wt%Nb steel. Both steels exhibit a nose temperature of 1100 ℃ on the precipitation-time-temperature curve, corresponding to incubation periods of 80 s and 60 s, respectively.
