难变形无缝特种合金管材成形技术的研究进展

    Research Progress on Forming Technologies of Difficult-to-Deform Seamless Special-alloy Tubes

    • 摘要: 难变形无缝特种合金管材是航空航天、核电能源、深海工程等高端装备的关键构件,长期面临材料难变形、工艺窗口窄和组织性能难控等成形技术挑战。系统归纳了钛合金、镍基高温合金、奥氏体不锈钢等典型难变形合金在主要成形工艺下的组织与性能,分析了铸锭-开坯-穿孔-轧制、离心铸造-焊接、铸锭-开坯-挤压及连铸-穿管等主流技术路线的适用性与国内外研究现状,并总结了重型挤压机、特种轧制与加热设备等核心装备的技术现状。在此基础上,从材料、工艺、装备及全产业链层面凝练了制约难变形无缝特种合金管材成形技术发展的关键瓶颈,并提出优化材料体系、构建工艺参数数据库、强化成形组织性能调控、推进短流程紧凑化制造及空心连铸直接成形新技术等发展方向。

       

      Abstract: Difficult-to-deform seamless special alloy tubes are key components of high-end equipment in aerospace, nuclear power energy, and deep-sea engineering, and their forming technologies have long face challenges such as poor material formability, narrow process windows, and difficulty in controlling.The microstructure and properties of typical difficult-to-deform alloys-including titanium alloys, nickel-based superalloys, and austenitic stainless steels under major forming processes were systematically summarized. The applicability and the current research status in China and abroad of mainstream technical routes such as ingot casting-cogging-piercing-rolling, centrifugal casting-welding, ingot casting-cogging- extrusion, and continuous casting-piercing were analyzed. The technical status of core equipment, including heavy-duty extrusion presses, special rolling mills, and heating equipment, were summarized. Building on these analyses, the key bottlenecks constraining the development of forming technologies for difficult-to-deform seamless special alloy tubes were distilled from the perspectives of materials, processes, equipment, and the entire industrial chain. Future development directions were proposed, including optimizing material systems, building process parameter databases, strengthening the control of forming microstructure and properties, advancing short-process and compact manufacturing, and promoting the new technology of direct forming by hollow continuous casting.
