Abstract
The uniaxial tensile tests of quenched 2219 aluminum alloy sheet were carried out in the temperature range of 25℃-300 ℃. The results show that the strength of 2219 aluminum alloy decreases with the increase of heating temperature under the condition of new quenched state, and the elongation increases first and then decreases. The quenched 2219 aluminum alloy sheet is heated to a certain temperature and then cooled to room temperature, and then subjected to aging heat treatment, the strength basically does not change, the elongation decreases with increasing heating temperature, and there is no obvious difference in microstructure.
