Research Status and Development Direction of Shear Spinning of Conical Parts

The shear spinning technology of conical parts is a rotary forming method for thin-walled conical parts developed on the basis of powerful spinning technology.This method can significantly improve production efficiency while ensuring product quality and forming accuracy.The shear spinning test and simulation research of cone-shaped parts were reviewed in recent years.The main directions of the current cone-shaped part shear-spinning research were analyzed, and the law of the influence of various process parameters on the forming quality was summarized.The causes of wrinkles, non-sticking and other defects and improvement measures were introduced, and development direction of shear spinning of tapered parts was introduced.Finally, the urgent studied problem of the shear spinning of conical parts was pointed out.
