Abstract
0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb martensitic precipitate-hardened stainless steel was carried by solid solution and aging at different temperatures, and neutral salt spray tests were performed for 336 h on samples with different surface roughness. The influence of different heat treatment and surface roughness on the corrosion resistance of 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb steel was studied. The results show that, under the same surface roughness conditions, 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb steel of solid solution state has the best corrosion resistance, and the corrosion resistance decreases with the increase of aging temperature. Under the same heat treatment condition, the smaller the surface roughness is, the better the corrosion resistance is, and the larger the surface roughness is, the worse the corrosion resistance is.
