Abstract
The oversized H-beam is widely used in industrial construction and other fields because of its excellent bearing capacity and light self-weight. According to the rolling production requirements, the rolling specifications for the ultra-large H-beam of 1600 mm×500 mm size were designed using X-H rolling method. The finite element software ABAQUS was used to simulate the super large H-beam rolling process. At the same time, the temperature distribution of the section at the end of controlled rolling was controlled by controlled rolling cooling. The results show that, when the air cooling time between rolling passes is 10 s, the surface temperature of web can be reduced by 200 ℃. The outer side of the flange is controlled rolled and cooled in the second and fourth rolling pieces for 4 s. After rolling, the temperature at 1/4 of the flange height is the same as that of the web, the surface temperature difference is 16.16 ℃, and the overall temperature distribution is best.
